I made a roasted beet and arugula salad pizza. Quite tasty, if I say so myself! It had a light dressing of balsamic vinegarette. I shared it with my faithful taste tester. Once again, APPROVAL!

That does look good! I love the idea of a cold salad on top of a hot pizza. And I love arugula!
