Day 4 same routine but I have changed lids. The sprouts are large enough now and they will not flow out the large hole screen lid. During the rinse process now the skins will break loose and flow out the larger holes reducing the labor at the end of the growing period of separating the sprouts from the skins.

That really is amazing how they have filled that jar so quickley. When will they be ready to eat?
